I am very disappointed with cell C and the service they offer

A few months ago i cancelled my contract with Cell C, i then had to pay R2000 to cancel my contract. I payed the amount and took to proof of payment to the nearest Cell c store. The consultant then told me to contact the call centre as soon as payment reflect i then did it.

Today im getting cancellation queries letters to say that i need to pay money in the account within 2days time. I no longer used your network.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Cell C because the service is bad and they are there just to make money. And i will make people aware about this.
