Cell C 5G Mifi turned sour

<p> <span style="color: #555555; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt;">I enquired about the R99 Mifi router deal @ Cell C Paarl on 4 April 2016 just to hear that they were out of stock. On the word of a consultant, Janine, we completed an application and it was approved pending the handing in of signed bank statements and proof of work, which I did on Friday 8 April 2016. They would call me when stock arrived. I asked to be notified early in the day since I'm not from Paarl. Every Friday after that I enquired about the router, but got "no stock yet" as answer. Eventually I got an SMS on Sunday 8 May 2016(1 month later!), Mother's day, and a consultant Grant called later that afternoon to inform me that the routers have arrived, but I must collect it that day since it was the last day for that deal. I could only get to Paarl on 13 May 2016 so he suggested to complete the paperwork (new application?) in the meantime, since they had all the do***ents and that I could then collect the router when in Paarl.</span></p> <p style="margin: 18.75pt 0cm 18.75pt 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; color: #555555;">To my surprise Grant called on Tuesday 10 April at 17:11 to inform me that he completed the application but a more recent bank statement and salary advice for April was needed to get it approved. It would be too late to do it on Wednesday since the new cut-off date was now that Tuesday! I asked him for an extension since I've been waiting for this deal since April, but he said there's nothing that he can do. On calling back on Wednesday morning they just said "sorry, we do have stock, but the new price was now R199" The lady then referred me to Game in Paarl which had a Cell C 5G router deal for R119, but they also was out of stock!</span></p> <p style="margin: 18.75pt 0cm 18.75pt 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; color: #555555;">I feel that I was ****** of the opportunity to acquire the R99 5G Mifi router deal since they could have informed me earlier and during office hours so that I could have made arrangements to deliver the needed do***ents to them. I want to request that the deal be made available to me at the original R99/month. I will be in Paarl this Friday 13 May 2016.</span></p>
