Cell C

I had a contract with cell c until Feb 2020, an upgrade was done without my consent and eventually it got cancelled after complaining here on Hellopeter, but to my surprise now am trying to get a contract and am being told I do not qualify on all service providers I tried, due to my old cell c contract on this number *** which I no longer use. My credit score 676, which is above the S.A average with 1 active debt that is paid on time month end month out. Can I get a damn good clarity on this!!!
