Hi took a double deal December was a special 299 samsung a35 and a tablet for 1 99 however they ddnt have stock so opted to wait for the tablet witch arrived like a month later I was debited whilst tablet wasn't with me now cell c keep billing me for 9 65 witch was supposed to b once off as I wasn't told when I call customer service they telling me about 2 separate deals that I took without my knowledge and keeps billing me for 965 I've sent them my 3 month bank account to have it rectified bt still billing me 965 how do I resolve my problem my initial budget was 500 6 @ most how do I fix my issue am I liable for something that I ddnt agree to nor kno about please someone asist
