Cell C

Good day.. once again I am disgusted at cell c customer service. I was advised to call them at the end of August to cancel my pocket router contract as the 2 years contract is complete. I have called them 3 times this morning but to no avail. As soon as I call the 084143 for cancelations it just plays music.. my last call was for 20 minutes. No one answers, there isn't even a message advising the waiting number of calls. Am tired of this shocking so called customer service.
