CELL C

I had a contract with cell c Pty Ltd 229 of an iphone cellphone, i started the contract with cell c on the 22 October 2015 and ended the contract on the 22October 2018. The company continued deducting but they were not successful because i had already changed my bank account, so the debt order kept bouncing. I contacted the company after realising that they are trying to debt, and explained that iam no longer in need of the contract since i had already complited my contract with them. Unfortunately for me they kept on deducting with no success since i mentioned above that i had already changed my bank account. Covid came i lost my job but yet they still continued to debt and it keeps bouncing. I resently tried to check my credit record and realised i had a default on the cell c account which places me on a red flag. Im confused because i had finished the contract and payed every month. Please do help since im not in the best position to pay for the account. I do not know my reference no. since its been a long time ago.
