CELL C

I am very concerned with the news articles concerning CELL C(default). I have 5 contracts with Cell C and Fibre contract. Four of the contracts are for upgrade however Cell C Vetting has declined even though their SMS has been sent that upgrade may be performed. I have had excellent client service from Mr Munyai in Excellent Client Liaison Dept, however since the Cell C (Default) article their is no reply to any message or email sent to Mr Munyai. I am not sure if the dept still exists or the person is employed. WILL CELL C CLIENTS STILL HAVE THEIR CONTRACTS. Telkom and Vodacom is ridiculous iro Data and packages.
