Cell C

I was contacted on the 10th of this month by a consultant from Cell C about an upgrade to my existing contract and stupidly I agreed to continue with the upgrade. I was promised a new router and sim capable of Lte would be delivered to my address in a couple of days and was I **** to by these scoundrels - to date I have received nothing despite repeated calls to that useless call center that has no idea what is going on and you just get **** at every turn. Can someone with integrity and honesty at that company please tell me why a company like this has to resort to this kind of thing to do business. If you promise to something and for some reason it can't be as promised surely communication is the way forward not telling a bunch of lies or making false statements in the hope that would fix it - Cell C is as far as I know is a communications company so perhaps someone there could perhaps do that and begin communicating instead of telling lies and half truths etc. It's no wonder that they are struggling in this market when all they can offer is poor shoddy service and no alternative.
