I phoned into Cell C collections on the 15th to pay an arrears amount of R3900 into my cell c account, I was greeted by a gentleman that assisted me with the banking details and I paid the money into said account. A day after this incident I was debited for the amount of R3877 odd cents and they that they never received payment.I reported this to their accounts department and nothing has come of it. R3900 is a lot of money and I need answers which I'm not getting from them. I have other bills to pay. If I do not receive my R3900 I do not see a path for me and Cell c in the future and will not recommend them for any family or friends in future.

07 Jan 2022, 09:31I forwarded the POP and someone phoned me from CellC, saying they'll get back to me. NO ONE has gotten back to me and all I keep receiving is "Dear Cell C Customer, did we do a great job resolving your query?If so, please reply 1. If you were merely saitsfied, reply 2. If you were not satisfied at all, reply 3. Cell C". So someone is marking my query as resolved without resolving the query and the is very bad customer service.
