Cell C 4G LTE
I took out a Cell C 4G LTE data contract almost a year ago. There was sufficient coverageat the time. The internet has been running about average, nothing special, since then. About a week ago I noticed it started losing connection and from Monday (2019-09-30) it dropped connection completely and I have never been able to reconnect again. I tried connecting to a Cell C connection manually which fails every time. Also I tried a different router which gives me the same problem. So I checked the coverage map on their website. To my surprise there is no more fixed 4G coverage in the whole of my area???? Where did it go and why???? I phoned Cell C customer care (2019-10-01) and after explaining everything they created a ticket for technical support to phone back.... It has been 2 days now (2019-10-03) and I have received no feedback or support???? I have no internet and Cell C doesn't have a care in the world!!! This is pathetic!! They clearly don't know how to run their internet packages and when you complain nothing gets done....

10 Oct 2019, 11:20So I was contacted the same day for this. After explaining everything again over the phone I was told that they will launch an investigation as to why this is happening and it will take 7 days??? What bull**** is this? 7 days after I told them what the problem was???
So anyway the 7 days has passed yesterday and I haven't heard any feedback on this matter. Are they really that dumb to think that I will just leave it???
I want this contract cancelled. My time has been wasted enough and I'm sick of the incompetence you are showing.
