Cell C *************

Hi I ordered a new phone with Cell C Huawei Nova11I The deal comes out with free bluetooth headset as part of the promotion I received my Phone Yesterday. 16/5 /2023, when the driver was giving me the package i saw immediately that there is only a phone box there, the package was too small to have included the headset. i asked him why does it seem as if there are no headset and he answered by saying he is just a delivery guy. i then called the lady who was helping me at Cell C and she said she will get back to me. time passed with no phone call , i then sent her an email telling her that the package didn't come with headset , she said she is communicationg with her supervisor regarding that. this morning i opened my inbox and there was nothing from her, i sent another email for an update, i was surprised when she comes back saying they captured everything on their side the issue is with the warehouse and i must call the warehouse. my problem is why do i have to call the warehouse because i ordered a phone from Cell C , not the warehouse. They are the ones that should call the warehouse and check what happened.
