Cell C

Cell C service is so pathetic I called them 3 days ago to find out what is happening why my airtime has been deducted and agent advised me of a subscription I don't even know about of which it's the 2nd time this is happening,I am using a home conneta data that you can only use on the router as wifi,I recharged to buy this data but I couldn't because my airtime was gone because of subscription which I asked cell c before to stop future subscriptions on this sim card to avoid this from happening again and the agent confirmed they did,now I have to use other alternatives all my airtime has been deducted and I called again to query the matter was escalated the lady called Mbali I asked her to cc me on the email so I can be able to get reference she didn't even do the simple request.
