*** Cell C ???????

After more than a month of waiting, visiting the store at Cape Gate and calling numerous times, I got a call from the store today. The agent had to call me back multiple times as he had no clue what he was doing. After the 4th call from them he had no idea when the application was cancelled ( 12th March ) and i had to ask what now ? I asked him if after all this atrocious service i should use another service provider..... He answered Yes....... NOUGH SAID !!
