Cell C *****

Cell C along with a *****ster opened an account in my name and debited my bank account. I managed to block and reverse the debit order of Cell C. After sending all the information to Cell C ***** department they have still not removed my name from their credit records or respond to me on my case. It has been 3 months and my name still shows that I am in arrears on my credit record for a Cell C account that is not mine and every month my credit score is affected. I raised a Police case against Cell C for *****. I had my attorneys send a legal letter to Cell C demanding the restoration of this situation and still no response after numerous queries. The only way forward now is to escalate this issue and formally take legal action against Cell C for Name Slandering and *****. I have lost Money in this process. Cell C did not verify my details with me or my bank before opening this account which increases the chances of ***** taking place so they are just as guilty for the situation I find myself in. Please Improve your process's and verify your subscribers details. There are many ways to do verification which Cell C is not bothering with. I want my record to be cleared of the Cell C account with the credit Bureau and a response to the Legal Letter of Demand send to Cell C.
