cell c partnered with a useless company called getmore247 they are a bunch of stupid people working there and just want to take your money for a service that dont work and you call to cancel they do not cancel and you speak to cell c they just transfer i do not understand how cell c works and the stores do not even know about getmore 247

29 Jan 2025, 13:28How can there be no refund as I canceled in November n December n getmore only can celled in jan so they could bill me 3 x the amount so how it's that I did not use the service cause it dnt work so how can they still bill me but I cancel it before the time they tried to tell me the app is working when they knew it dnt work so there should not be any billing on my cell c contract I paid 700 in fees n again 130 this month because cell c refuse to take off the getmore bill. So cell c will rather prefer to lose a customer for getmores *****ulent transactions

29 Jan 2025, 14:07The call was done after the 4th should be arround 7th onwards cant recall exact date , also email was sent on the 27th as well when I saw the bill on my cell c statement ,all was sent to getmore in Jan 2025
