My mum is a pensioner and is currently in her 70s. She currently has a cellphone,on cell c pay as you go and for no reason her airtime gets eaten up. It is just so frustrating, because she must keep on putting and it gets used up,before she uses it. What is even more annoying is knobody is willing to assist her and explain where airtime is going.
