Cell c

My name is Adrian Naidoo Id number *** Contact number *** My complaint is cell c is increasing my bill with out my knowledge . My contract which started in August 2022 was R380 To my surprise today my contract is R600 . to make matters worse cell c does not debit my account on time and when I do inquire as to why they haven't debit me ,they will respond with there is no funds in my account ,when I have funds in my account . My payment was suppose to go off on the 1st of May ,it didn't go off ,when I called cell c the agent from the account department said my account was debit it will reflect @ 8Pm which did not happen .I ended up doing an Eft from my account to cell c this morning . I am tired of cell c doing this every month As this is my 1st contract with cell c I need answers as to why my contract is R600 I did not re upgrade or add extras Contact me ASAP
