Cell c

I had cellphone contract with cell c when a was about to finish my payment I've receiver message says I'm owing them 3months for iPhone which I didn't take I went to nearest cell c, the told me someone else use my profit to take this iPhone that person was Indian course them me a name and they confirm to me the signature wasn't mine, there told me to do affidavit to the police station and bring back with my copy of my ID Number I've done all that, so my credit card was freeze and the told me in the bank my name is on the list of people who is doing ***** so I can't do anything I've told to contact SAPFS I've contact them there told me my ID Number is on the list so I have to try and contact Cell c course I've told them what happened about iPhone I didn't know, so now I'm stuck I can't open account, I've decided to cancelled my credit card , I can't open clothes account so it very painful I need help
