Cell C

I upgraded my contract on the 2nd December I was told my phone would be here in 2 weeks when I phoned to find out where the phone was I was told there is no stock. I phoned again yesterday 20.12.2021 and was told there is still no stock. I phoned the cell c branch in East London and they had 3 phones left of the kind I wanted so I phoned the cell c people back and told them this so the person said I must then cancel my upgrade and then I can upgrade with the branch by me. I got a ref number. Now I phoned today to see how the cancelation is going as I wanted to fetch the phone today. So they have now told me that the phone has now been shipped (the phone that wasn't in stock and no one could give me answers) so the first lady asked if she must still send the email to the cancelation department or if I am going to phone to follow up regarding the shipping so when I got hold of the 2nd lady she now informed me that I cannot cancel the upgrade as the phone that no one has has now been shipped. But I must phone later for the tracking number and I can go fetch this phone at the depot which is today or tomorrow apparently hopefully in east london where I am based. But no definite answers. I am supposed too be leaving for Christmas on the 23rd but who knows what is going on and no definite answers from anyone. Can someone over there do something about this

If it is with your back orders and not with the couriers as your people are telling me now. I want the upgrade canceled so I can get the same phone that is available at your Cell C branch here in East London today. I am getting different stories from everyone and no one is bothering to get back kto me or help me with this.

A customer care agent phoned me but didn't bother to actually talk to me I just heard someone talking and laughing and then they put me through to the survey report
