Cell C

So i received a call from cell c last year they were offering a phone contract. Guy sold it well and i took it but damn the service is a joke .. the guy **** over the phone and said they will give me a 2019 version of the phone which upon delivery was not the case . I received a 2018 version and i couldn't open it because i was at work.. i let that go .started the journey with them after that and i was paying but one month they derbited the money and after a few days they restricted my service and when i called i was told that i didn't pay and i told them i have a transactional statement ,i payed . They told to send proof of payement .. i am busy i work so i revesed my money coz i was charged for something i wasn't getting. Then they were charging me more and more after that. I was just tired of fighting them so i told them to cancel the whole thing. Now i get calls from blake and associates saying i need to settle mu cell c debt.. which i dont mind so i made a payement arrangement of with them last month but before i could start paying them cell c tried to debit R1400 from my account .now I'm confused who should i pay between the two.. i am tired of cell c ..
