Cell C

Good day..I had a cellphone contract with Cell C , it ended December 2020...yet they deducted the very same amount and said its for the 2 sim cards..Hell0 , I never used the 1 simcard for almost 2 years ...1 cellphone I reported ****** and therefore block both the sim and the handset...I bought a laptop from Cell C in November...with modem and was told it will be R445 per month and my debitorder date is on the 30th of each month....CEll C deducted R600 than R800 ...this modem with 3g data does not even work ...I did not agree to pay for a modem...this is **************** and they deduct any time of the month...no authority...
