CELL C 36 Month Contract

I had a contract phone that I took recently, upon failure to meet my payments schedule Cell C handed over my account without any communications to me whatsoever.

I have been back and forth with your internal collections department due to me raising the fact that I communicated I am on unpaid maternity but no one from your collections side mentioned the next steps on this account.
