Cell c

Cell c is the worst place to ever do an upgrade with, I've done one with them in November for a HUAWEI P smart 2021 and a HUAWEI GT2pro porche edition watch, they have sent me the correct phone, but the incorrect watch, and I have been calling in, about 10 times to resolve this problem but still nothing from them. So today I finally got hold of one of the managers and he tells me that they have to do an investigation to solve the problem and this is now the second investigation for the same problem which I feel is just not fair because I've been debited for something I don't have, and when I called in the last time the woman I spoke to told me I can use the phone in the meantime while they solve the problem of the watch, and today when I speak to the manager he tells me that I need to sent the phone back as well as the watch and I already started using the phone as I was told to.... I have case numbers, reference numbers and call logs to prove everything and they poor services.
