Cell C 3 G network speed
Once again, Cell C's 3G network speed in the Westering area in PE is absolutely putrid & disgusting. This is not the 1st time this has been an issue. Numerous complaints, service restored for a couple of week then back to normal <br> <br> Am considering Telkom as an alternative
