Cell C *****

It was towards the end of February 2023 when I contacted Cell to cancel two of my contracts. I spoke to the consultant who canceled my contracts. I was shocked when a debit of R3448 was debited off my account on 15 March 2023. I reversed the amount. Again on 15 April an amount R7808 was debited and I reversed it again. I was puzzled when I was contacted by another company on 21 April asking me if I need a device insurance for the two cellphones I took. I never took any contract with Cell C instead I canceled my two contracts. It appeared that somebody from Cell C *****ulently took those cellphones using my name. I demand answers from Cell C.
