I send how many emails and i made how many calls but still nothing is done to my case

I paid one of my account to much and i inssist a refund sins 29 sept 2022 untill now i struggle to get my refund back in to my bank account and still nothing is done yesterday i hear that my case is closed and i will received yesterday afternoon my refund and nothing yet. I phone today again and the lady just told me that it can take more that 7 working days i said that will be the day on the 10 of ocktober 2022 i received a sms that it can take up to between 3 and 7 working days. So my question is why are the delay.

One question how long are am i gonne wait for my refund tomorrow is day 7 and the sms said between 3 and 7 days just answer my question

I am tired of empty promises
Yesterday was day 7 and i am gonning further steps beacuse i dont get any feed back i must phone every time and my husband is also tired of this it is more than 2 weeks

Its almost 1month that i fighting with cell c.
Cell C is the biggest liaers they cant keep there word always empty promises
