Cell C disconnected and black listed my phone without sending any communication to me or their in-store branches. After debiting the full amount I owed them which was 1100 they never reconnected my account. I was then asked to contact their legal team but I've had no luck due to their lines being busy. I acknowledge the mistake I did for not being able to make payment but they could have communicated so that I know where I stand as their customer. Please assist to reconnect my account to avoid unnecessary costs.
