CELL C

Funny how cell c when u want to enquire abt a contract they reply quickly but when you want to cancel the contract either you are put on hold for the longest tym or they transfer you to a dead number ...i took a contract with them but cancelled it within 5 days as according to their terms and conditions but now their quiet and I would like to confirm if my cancellation went through as promised but am not getting through to their cancellations department so am not happy abt this and I will call everyday until someone responds if not I will take them forward....
