CELL C

Cell C force us currently to pay an account that we are not liable for. They let me sign for a one month LTE to assist me while they busy install our FIBRE.

Below is an Email that my husband wrote to them, and to date no one respond, they hand this account over without listen to us, they are not bothered at all.

Please see below attach “agreement “. No wonder I have been so confused about an allege agreement signed between myself and Cell C on the specified contract date, since I’ve been in Nigeria on that date.

This document does not match my signature although my details are correct. Whatever process Lawrence Karsten followed with my wife is completely flawed and *******, since as a Representative of Cell C he should have known that an application form is signed in his presence or sometimes agreed authorization via e-mail document exchange with the applicant.

I distance myself fully from this transaction and implicated debt incurred. Please do not further threaten me with legal action or credit bureaus, since I’ll proceed with counter action the moment I enter South Africa in June 2019 should you persist to harass me. Resolve this matter amicably , but refrain from holding me accountable for a transaction I was not aware of nor accountable to.

The only Cell C contract I entered is the existing fibre agreement which is fully taken care of via an approved debit order.

Cell C's service is really BAD we dealt with a Shaun Ferreira and he does not even make an effort to reply to my husband and offer proper service and help to sort out this matter. The only thing he do is pull up his shoulder.

We already consider service with MWEB. Hopefully we will not have half of these issues.

Client service/help/go the extra mile for a client/do the utmost best to assist the client - does not EXISTS at CELL C, but when they cell the product, they promise the sun moon and stars.

CELL SORT THIS ISSUE OUT ASAP!!!!
