My husband ordered an iPhone 7 for me last week telephonically. First of all, the consultant gave RAM couriers the WRONG ADRESS AND NUMBER? How do you even do that? After phoning Cell C to correct this, RAM couriers continued to deliver to the wrong address and still did nit have our correct number. So Cell C did nothing to assist with this. After sorting out the problem we finally received the phone in the WRONG COLOUR. We specifically asked for the rose gold colour when we ordered the phone and the lady from cell c told us the colour does not matter so she obviously did not state that we wanted the rose gold colour. I am utterly disappointed by the service we received.
