Cell c

Hi.. I have a contract with Cell c. I took a wifi router on the 31st of December then now my sim card is damaged how? I don't know what astonishes means is that their sim card got damaged after their 3 months warranty. I called customer care for assistance they kept on transferring my calls to technical support and all that. So now I am told that I need to get a sim card and pay 50 for the sim swap but I didn't damage the sim card. I called to find out if they can transfer my data to my existing sim they said they can't assist. I managed to get the sim card when I call back they are telling me that their sim swap department has closed. I have been contacting them from the 3rd of May till now my issue hasn't been resolved.. That energy and I have to finish that data within 15 days now.. Coz they are going to take their normal installment... I am not happy at all with their service.
