my phone was collected second week of January 2019 and even the access payment was done on. and its been two weeks trying to call for replace ref CCD318605

claim number WWAS33999 IEM number ********** ********** 2 in question because I just called number 08415 and they transfer my call to other department and the call was not answered

proof of payment for access of cell phone claim Ticket ID: 440953 was attached

I was referred to cell c outlet in wonder park they there is nothing they can do so I have decided to cancel the insurance because, I have been calling ever since Monday unfortunately no one could help me in this situation so I fell so helpless.
