Cell C
I upgraded my phone 3 months back. I took it to Cell C Preller Square in Bloemfontein (which were very helpful) they send the phone in for repairs. It came back and with the same problem. I took it in once again and again came back with the same problem. I fetched my phone on the 17th of April and once again the same problem. I was advised to bring my phone in again so they can send it in for a 3rd time. This is unacceptable my phone has spend more time at Cell C than with me and is a big inconvenience.
I phoned customer service and their policy states that I must send it in 3 times in order to get it changed. Their customer service was absolutely useless and not very helpful.

18 Apr 2019, 16:02I was just at your store once again and they are unable to book my phone in due to some technical issue and will only be able to sent the phone away on Tuesday. This is really frustrating.
