Cell c

I am very disappointed in the service i got...i was not aware that renewing my contract with cell c wil l be such a nightmare.i renewed my contract last year and was told i wil pay 378 but they debit R500.R678.the lady who assisted me only cared about making her own commision because she gaved me things i didnt even know about..wow Merriam Mohammed well done on ******ing people and making their life a living in hell.apparently cell c gaved me promotional data bundle i was not even aware of as the consultant didnt even explain.now i call their call center i am helped by Pretty Mabaso who apologised and promised me that she will escalate my matter because she can see i didnt get 100% discount for promotional data.the next day i call in for feedback i am assisted by Moleen and moleen tell me the was no case logged wow.what a service.and i ask moleen whats your surname and she tell me i am not allowed to disclose,but u as a client you must even tell them your id number but they not allowed to tell us their surname.and i speak to their team leader Nompumelelo who didnt even hesitate to tel me her surname and i ssk myslf what was moleen hiding.when i think oh finally i wil be assist the leader tells me it is my duty as a client to read contract wow so it means cell c doesnt care about customer service.she even told me i was seating next to a consultant she didnt nothing wrong.so meaning me their cliemt is wrong for not being happy with their service.what a service cell c give.

People be careful with this consultant they have targets and they dont care about us.all they want is to see their pocket full.when they say you qualify for promotional package refuse because now i am paying for promotional package.be wise people or you wil pay double of what you should be paying.
