Cell C ???

I need to understand why Cell C felt a need to ruin my credit status by submitting inaccurate information that my account is in arrears while in actual fact it is up to date and never was in any arrears .I called Cell C and they told me that in their records it shows that it's up to date, they said they will transfer me to their legal department which will assist in sorting this but their Legal department is not picking up, I have been on hold ever since , just no luck in getting through.Experian says this information was submitted by Cell C. I require assistance soonest before taking any further actions or closing my account with Cell C.
