I’m currently due for an upgrade. I went to the mall of Africa branch to start the process. After waiting an hour, the consultant said my contract is in arrears (it’s definitely not). I have proof of payment that I paid my contract today and he refused to assist me further and said the whole process was ‘a waste of time’.
Shocking service!
