Cell C

Hello Peter

Someone has tried to port my number from Cell C to MTN twice in the past two days. Cell C automatically approves this port request and releases the number to MTN. Cell C says there is nothing they can do. I have spoken to Phili Shabalala from Cell C who says she cannot assist me in this regard they cannot block the number from being ported to another network or do anything around this matter to assist. I am now subjected to public abuse because of the network provider's incompetency and very fragmented system. Phili said she cannot give me a reference number. My problem is I cannot be calling Cell C and MTN a 100 times a day trying to stop my number from being port. Please advice
