CELL C

I tried getting hold of Cell C yesterday because I am unable to load data on cell. on the website it says to dial 084135 from any other phone, which I did and it says that the number is not in service. I tried 084145 just to get through and still nothing. Eventually I logged a call and only received the Incident: 180 ********** 87. Up until now, no one has contacted me on the alternative number I left when logging the call.

This is not the first time Ive had issues with cell C. Its a hopeless case.
