I am extremely furious at this stage. I had tried to do a sim swap and the experience and service received was so dissatisfying as for both call center and in store couldn't help me recover my mobile number i had for over five years now.
i honestly regret migrating to cellc with their empty promises for your best interest if you looking to use cell in future please do a thorough research and leave room for disappointments.
i rate it -0 (negative zero) and i do not look forward to use any of their services ever again. :( :( :(

Security check questions are the first point of verification used and if your answers do not match the information on the system then the agent cannot assist. This helps to ensure that our customer's accounts and services are protected against ********** use and abuse.
