My girlfriend went to take out a contract phone at cell c today, got home is not satisfied with the phone and went back. The person helping and the manager said NO they cant exchange the phone. She was willing to take another phone. Yes she signed the contract but the contract wasnt even a day old and i find it utterly appalling that they aren't able to assist in this matter. The service rendered is beyond poor.

If your girlfriend had taken the contract telephonically then that would be a different case but now she took the phone directly at the store, where she had the opportunity to view, hold and decide whether to take it not. I doubt if they will agree to exchange the phone but let us find out.
