CELL C

<p>Good day, I am Mrs JM van Rensburg, my cell number ********** . I contact Cell C and signed a contract on 22/5/2017, the PINNACLE UNLIMITED PACKAGE, that include : Any handset, Unlimited calls/sms, 30 GB data, monthly payment R1799 + settlement of R10 000.00 which I owe Vodacom. I am struggle to get the R10 000 cash back from Cell C, from the 22/5/2017. I send some emails and phone every week but still nothing. Cell C send me a sms on 10/7/2017 that reads as follow : "Your cancellation request was processed successfully and your contract will be terminated on 10/7/2017, any queries call 084143, I phone the Lady who help me with new contract her name is Lene Albertyn Cell number : ********** 199 and she phone the department, and then receive another sms,"You have been successfully activated on Pinnacle Unlimited, You get unlimited minutes, 3GB data, 7 GB promotional data and unlimited sms's, , the next sms " Your monthly usage limit, chich comprises of your Voice, Data & sms excluding subscription & value added services is R2868.89, you have R1069.40 remaining to use, if you would like to increase your limit, please call 140. This is not the contract I signed. I also contact the ombudsman of Cell C, without any luck, and still struggle to get the R10 000.00 cash back. I am so dissapointed in Cell C, the contract was for Cell number ********** , my sister in law is using this number which I do pay.</p>
