Pathetic!!!! Online upgrade during lockdaown. received my Samsung 2 20 that rebooted from first day. No one by online service could help me. I had to go to a cell c shop thats 250 km from my house to ask them to help me. Was sent for assessment. After 3 weeks got the phone back ....still broken!! Cell C shop workers say it is not their propblem for it was an online upgrade!! Online personel are inexperienced, unqualified and surely not in the mood to help!! I want my contract to be stopped imediatley. I went to vodacom Klerksdorp inMatlosana Mall, I got fantastic service from Fanie. Cell C is pathetic.

15 Jun 2020, 20:21I did!!!! Went for assessment a second time already!!! I live 250 km from nearest cell c store!! Really it seems to me you are also not qualified to do your job. I send 2 emails to customer care. No reply!! Nothing!!!!!!
