Cell C

<p>I find it so ironic that the Cell C slogan says "the power is in your hands" but I as a customer feel so powerless at the service I have been offered by Cell C. The call centre seems to have no solutions what so ever and I am now placed in the most inconvenient situation and must now wait not only for approval but for a system to dispatch an order. I have made numerous calls and no one seems to have solutions, even the team leaders; or I find myself dealing with individuals who have no customer care training and make it seem like they are doing me a favor. I now called to find out if my order is on its way yet still it has not been dispatched!!! I tried to then call again to ask if I could rather go collect my item at a branch and then was told I would need to start the process afresh. I find this very disappointing from a brand that I and my family trusted. Clearly the power is no longer in our hands and we are now in the most incovenient situation that we are expected to pay for. Cell C I am extremely disappointed!!!! The only solution is to now move networks where I will feel I am recieving more value for my money. #CellC #NoPower #badservice #****promises #inconvenient #disgusted</p>
