<p>Hy Peter My name is Lerato Chiloane.My husband Glen Chiloane bought me a phone Blackberry Z 3 on contract in 2015 January 19 for 24 Months.Last year 2016 September i received an sms stating im due for upgrade,i didnt respond as i no longer need a new phone as my phone is still in good condition.On tuesday the 7 March 2017 i received an sms saying my services will be suspended as i havent payed my contract.How can i pay a contract that ended in January and they even deducted end of january their last instalment?Now i cant do anything on my ohone,i cant make a call,write an sms,write an email?I cant do anything,When my husband contacted them,they say he needs to pay R174 for what?Please help Peter</p>

09 Mar 2017, 10:44In line with the terms and conditions, you are required to provide a calendar month notice in order to have your contract cancelled on its maturity date.
If this agreement is not cancelled during the contract period or on expiry of the contract period and is not renewed, then this agreement will run for
the contract period and then on a month-to-month basis until the agreement
is cancelled.
We will get one of our consultants to assist.

Our consultant spoke to the account holder and advised that there is an outstanding amount on the 074****713 number, which needs to be paid and the conversion from hybrid to prepaid will be done on the 21/03/17.

Our consultant spoke to the account holder and advised that there is an outstanding amount on the 074****713 number, which needs to be paid and the conversion from hybrid to prepaid will be done on the 21/03/17.
