Cell C

<p>I have been a client with Cell C for over 5 years. Last year May 2016 I was retrenched from my job.</p> <p>I had two cell numbers with them. I asked my assistant that worked with me to cancal the contracts, which were expiring end of August. Up until end July I was still making payments towards these contracts. I know she did send an e-mail to cancel them. I am not 100% sure if she cancalled both.</p> <p>I have since then told Cell C numerous times that I am retrenched and want to cancel the contract. I have spoken to so many people and tried to explain my story to them. I was told that a contract can not be cancelled if there is still outstanding money owed.</p> <p>I have accept that and have asked them to stop invoicing me every month, which they will not do. I have made an offer to pay them off and it has been refused.</p> <p>My problem is how do I pay them off if they won't accept that. They will not stop charging me every month. How am I suppose to ever get the amount paid.</p> <p>I would like to know how they expect people to survive if they won't even help.</p> <p>I need advise on the way forward with them as they refuse anything I try.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p> <p>Rose Botha</p> <p> </p>
