<p>I took a phone on contract from CellC which only lasted THREE WEEKS. The phone was in good condition untill this one evening on the third week when i was taking pictures and the screen changed to a different lighting on the side. I Immediately called CellC to notify them of this event , i was then was adviced to book it in for repairs so i did that the following morning. I have never dropped the phone,no contact with water and have never neglected it. A week later i called them again to ask where to from here and one of their agents sais ''YOU WON'T TO PAY FOR THE PHONE FOR IT IS A FACTORY FAULT AND WE'RE VERY SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE'' . I then called in this week and was told that '' THE QUOTATION FOR YOUR PHONE IS OUT SIR AND YOU HAVE TO PAY R1 700.00 FOR US TO REPAIRE YOUR PHONE''. They told me that their technitians suggest that i SET on the phone which is what lead the damage. They haven't even debited their phone as well,they suggest that i have insufficient funds in my account but my BANT did not even detect not a single attemp from them trying to debit their cash so WHO IS LYING ??????? CellC's agents told me on a few occations that if i don't pay for the phone (R 1 700.00) they will not FIX IT AND CellC WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PHONE . I need help ASAP with this issue for i am sick and tired of CellC treating me like a FOOL . my metter still hasn't been resolved.lungi did get back to me yesterday but no progress was made as i was redirect from department to department afterwards,Rodell at repairs was no help either when i asked for the head office and she she at the head ofiice but she couldn't help and i was tranffered back to the care center by her. even asked ' Zimbili' to speak to their manager then she got back to me at 14:00 saying that THEIR MANAGER AT THE CARE CENTER IS BUSY AND HE'LL GET BACK TO ME,haven't recieved the call even now untill i had to run after them again this morning at 09;40 and again still asked to speak to Zimbili but the agent that answered offered to help and tranffered me back to CellC repairs where i spoke to 'Priscella' AND WHEN I ASK FOR THEIR MANGER SHE COULND'T HELP so i asked her to transffer me back to the care center and the agent i spoke to whose name i forget to write down due to my anger and the line dropped on me and THEY/SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK NOR RETURNED THE CALL .
This is what i fail to understand ,CellC says that ''the main board is BENT and the cause of that is that i set on it but what i also fail to understand as well is that HOW DOES THE MAIN BORED OF A PHONE GET BENT WHEN THE OUTSIDE IS STILL BRAND NEW AND IN GOOD CONDITION SO THE REPAIR FORM SAYS????????????????????????????????? When i called last week, a guy called ''Sthembiso Mlaba'' said to me i won'y have to pay for the repairs . CellC is failing me as their client and THEY'RE FAILING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR *********** EMPLOYEES. CellC's Powestation at Newmarket mall wrote on the form that the appearance condition is still BRAND NEW and IN GOOD CONDITION and yes the phone is and was still brand new and in good condition . I feel disrespected and as if though i am worth nothing to CellC at all while i pay them every month for their phone .It's 10:33 and i still haven't recieved anything from CellC. Sending an email to the CEO seems to be the only solution i have .

Every time i call,i have to talk to two-three agents but it seems like my case is falling onto deaf ears as no one is able to explain to me as how the main board got bent. i've talked to over ten people now and i'm still not getting any help. i wouln't be taking myself through all this trouble if i negleted, water damaged or physically damaged my phone . . . . . . . .

it seems to me that CellC is not willing to assist me with anything at all while they hold my phone with them. No one has bothered to call me. The company has decided to stay as far away from as they possibly can from me.I missed out on a job interview because i viewed an email late. Tried explaining why thaty had happened and my excuse was not given any attention at all .
