<p>My mother called the call centre to do a sim swop had to escalate to a manager for that to be done as the agents are *********** I just called now to do a sim swop and I was told I have to go to a store to do that and strange enough we bought sim cards in the same place however with mine they can't do it in the call centre I have never seen such a pathetic excuse call centre agents needs training I'm ****ed as hell I work 7 days a week I dnt have time to go to a store y is there a call centre wen they can't help</p>
