Cell C

<p>Here is the my problem , my brother is having a contract phone with Cell C and they offered him an insurance which he took , now his phone got lost in July and everything was done regarding the claim and was approved even now he hasn't got the phone but the money is being deducted , every time he goes to the store they tell him they still waiting for the phone and it's been a long time now what must he do ? </p>
