Cell C

Good evening. I am soooo frustrated and unhappy with Cell C. I've been with them for very long and last month they let the debit order go off to early. I signed for the last day of the month as i only get money on the last day of the month, doesn't matter the day. So then the debit order went off 2 days to early. I have 2 contracts on my name. So my bank charge R150 a debit order that is written back. I then phoned them, got a reference number and paid the money and send the proof of payment to them on the 4th of July. The debit order went off again for 4 times in which i didn't have money in my account because they only picked up 1 paid account. So my bank costs for this month is R900. Who is suppose to cover that????? I also changed my debit order date to the first day of the month and again they took it of 1 day before the end of the month. So i already sit with another R300 bankcosts. Which i think is ridiculous and I DONT HAVE THAT!! Now my other debit orders can't go off. I tried phoning 2 times tonight, but apparently i keep on failing my security checks with exactly the same answers as i gave the plenty times i phoned last month!!!!
