<p>WHY DOES CELL C EVEN BOTHER TO EXCIST. I pay for Minutes, SMS's , and Data. What do I receive:</p> <p>No network coverage at work or at home.</p> <p>Home: The only way I can talk to someone at home on my cellphone is to HANG OVER MY BALCONY WITH MY PHONE 3 STOREYS HIGH TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE. Now this is the best part: if I stay on the balcony, I can't connect to the internet whatsoever. LTE/4G nothing exist where I live. I have to connect with a MTN simcard WIFI to experience any kind of network coverage at my home. I live in Comet, Boksburg.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now at work: Cell C Customer Care has first had experience with this. If you phone me on my cellphone, 90% of the time the phone doen't even ring. The internet is useless, was kicked out of my online Banking 3 times today because of your **** network coverage.</p> <p> </p> <p>So Cell C, explain to me how to you sell a product (your network coverage) if you have none?</p>
